Graduated from the Biology career, from the Meritorious Autonomous University of Puebla; PhD in Sciences from the National Autonomous University of Mexico, with a post-doctorate from the Institut de Recherches Cliniques de Montreal, Canada.
Professional achievements:
Among the honors and awards he has received are the Postdoctoral Fellowship, Cancer Research Society, Canada (2004-2006) and the Postdoctoral Fellowship, National Cancer Institute of Canada and the Terry Fox Foundation, Canada (2007-2009).
He directs the Molecular Immunology laboratory where he conducts research on NK cell signaling pathways and the molecular characterization of primary immunodeficiencies.
