Dr. Anete Grumach is a Professor at the Faculdade de Medicina do ABC, Brazil, having completed her education in pediatrics and allergy immunology at the Faculdade de Medicina
da Universidade de São Paulo (FMUSP), Dept. of Pediatrics, Brazil, and a post-doctoral fellowship at the Institute of Immunology, University of Heidelberg, Germany.
- She is the founder of the Brazilian Group of Study on HAE (GEBRAEH), a member of the Hereditary Angioedema Committee from WAO, Registry Committee from Latin American
Society of Primary Immunodeficiencies, and the Editorial Board of Journal of Clinical Immunology.
- Her research interests include hereditary angioedema, severe combined immunodeficiency, and primary immunodeficiencies. She has been a recipient of the Shire Research Program
“Improvement in Diagnosis of Angioedema without Urticaria” and the Productivity Grant National Council of research (CNPq).
