Why Attend?

Eligibility and Guidelines:

• Hold an MD, MSc, or PhD degree with a career focus on primary immunodeficiency.
• Previous training in Pediatrics, Internal Medicine, or related fields such as immunology, microbiology, allergy, rheumatology, hematology/oncology, or infectious diseases.
• Enrollment in recognized programs led by LASID members in your country.
• Must be a Latin American citizen or a legal resident in Latin American countries.
• Must be a LASID member and under 35 years of age.
• Not hold a full faculty position or have attended a previous summer school.

Application Deadline:

• Submit by July 31st, 2024.

1. Personal Statement (career goals and reasons for attendance).
2. Curriculum Vitae.
3. Letter of Recommendation (preferably from a LASID member).
4. A case of an inborn error of immunity (maximum 5 PowerPoint slides).

Review Process:

• The LASID Educational Committee will review and score applications.
• Final decisions will be communicated via email.

Additional Information:

• Free accommodation and travel expenses will be provided.
